Received a faulty item?

Need to return a product?

We want to make this as hassle free as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team via email - hello@wemademan.com - to get the process started. We aim to respond to you within 48hrs (business days).

Our Returns Policy

  • We do not currently offer exchanges - only refunds.
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging and labels still attached.
  • Items will be quality checked and once approved your full refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.
  • You have 20 days from the date of purchase in which to return the goods. After 20 days you will not be eligible to refund your purchase.
  • We Made Man monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.
